We spoke to Iain Cook who studied construction management and is now part of the Radisson Hotel Group. Iain gave us a brief on who a mentor is and what role they play in your career.
From the presentation I can sum up that it is very important to have a mentor and Guide in the construction industry especially if you want to be registered as a professional Quantity Surveyor. “Some who has walked the road before you” this is will be play a big role in ensuring you do not make the same mistakes that people have made.
